These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of completeaitoolkit.com and the digital products sold on it ("Products"). By using the site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What You're Buying

Complete AI Toolkit sells digital toolkits containing pre-built tools, scripts, slash commands, skills, plugins, system prompts, and MCP servers designed to extend AI coding assistants like Claude Code and OpenClaw. Products include:

Claude Power Tools — 434 tools for Claude Code
OpenClaw Power Tools — 428 tools for OpenClaw
Complete AI Toolkit Bundle — both toolkits together
Premium variants of each with additional tools and support

Products are delivered as downloadable ZIP files via Gumroad after purchase.

2. Payment and Delivery

All payments are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad's terms apply to the payment transaction.
Prices are listed in US Dollars and are the prices in effect at the time of purchase.
After successful payment, you'll receive an email from Gumroad with download links.
Products are delivered digitally and are available for download immediately after purchase.

3. License to Use

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use the Product for personal or commercial projects
Modify the Product for your own use
Use the Product on as many of your own machines as you like

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product in its original form
Share login credentials or download links with others
Repackage and sell the Product as your own
Use the Product to create a directly competing product
Remove copyright or attribution notices

4. Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Product, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your Gumroad order ID. Refunds are processed by Gumroad and typically arrive in 3-10 business days depending on your payment method.

5. Support

We provide support for:

Installation and setup questions
Bugs or broken tools
Download link issues
Refund requests

Support is available via email at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Premium customers receive priority support.

6. Updates

Products may receive free updates with bug fixes, new tools, and improvements. Update availability is not guaranteed and varies by Product. When updates are released, you'll receive an email notification with download instructions.

7. Disclaimers

Products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Products will meet your specific requirements
Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free
Products are compatible with every version of Claude Code, OpenClaw, or other AI tools

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. OpenClaw is an open-source project; we are not affiliated with its maintainers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complete AI Toolkit's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question in the 30 days preceding the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Products for any illegal purpose
Use the Products to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
Reverse-engineer the Products to bypass licensing or security
Use automated tools to scrape or download content from our site without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

10. Third-Party Services

Our Products are designed to work with third-party tools (Claude Code, OpenClaw, etc.). We are not responsible for:

Changes to those third-party tools that break compatibility
Third-party service outages or pricing changes
The behavior or outputs of AI systems you use with our tools

11. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a site banner. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the site or Products if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Products ends. Refunds are at our discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the United States.
